The GRADD developed a Spanish/English Translation of Emergency Phrases for EMS/EMT personnel.  There is an audio file (Emergency.cda) and an adobe acrobat file (Emergency phrases. PDF).  The audio file has the Spanish and English phrases and the Abode acrobat file (Emergency phrases. PDF ) has a printout of the phrases so you can read along with the lesson.
